Concerts are free to all and take place on Saturday nights on Harrison Street between Dover & Goldsborough Streets. The Avalon Foundation Staff will post No Parking (starting at 5 pm) signs at 2 pm. Harrison Street will be closed by the EPD at 5 pm and the concerts will start promptly at 7 pm. In the event of rain, all shows will be moved to the Avalon Theatre.
