Tidewater House
Tidewater House (previously Inn at 202 Dover) is a historic mansion built in 1874 and an integral part of the historic fabric of Easton, Maryland. Providing a luxurious travel experience just a short block from downtown shopping, art galleries, and the Avalon Theatre.
The Tidewater House offers five uniquely designed guest rooms and intimate dining spaces ideal for corporate and wedding functions. Guestrooms are furnished with a combination of antique and authentic antique reproduction furniture, gorgeous fabrics, European pillow top mattresses and luxurious linens. Modern conveniences including air jet tubs, steam showers, cable TV, high-speed internet, and telephones in each guest room.
The English Suite
The English Suite, spanning the entire front of the building on the second floor, has been newly renovated while maintaining its English garden style charm. Enter through the foyer, where the bedroom is to the left and the sitting room to the right. The suite is furnished with a combination of antique pieces perfectly blended with new furnishings, including a king-sized bed facing an oversized bay window with a window seat. The sitting room features a pull-out sofa and a desk. The fully renovated bathroom is bathed in natural light and includes a clawfoot tub and a steam shower. For larger accommodations, the English Suite can be combined with the Victorian Bedroom to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite.
The Safari Suite
The Safari Suite, located on the second floor, is decorated with safari-inspired furnishings and fabrics.

The Asian Suite, located at the top of the stairs on the second floor, features exotic Asian furnishings and décor.

- · Bamboo King canopy bed with gas fireplace in the bedroom
- · The bathroom features the home's original subway tile, steam shower and air jet tub for scintillating relaxation.

The French Suite
The French Suite, located on the first floor of the Inn, is decorated with inspiration from a French Chateau. The entrance leads to a sitting room featuring original windows framed by blue toile drapes. Pocket doors from the sitting room open to the bedroom, which boasts a provincial king-sized bed and luxurious French décor. The bathroom offers a steam shower, air jet tub, and gold cherub fixtures, completing the suite's elegant and opulent ambiance.
The Victorian Suite
The Victorian Guest Room, overlooking the conservatory and garden area of the Inn, has been updated while preserving its Victorian Era charm. It features a queen-sized iron bed and a completely renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. For larger accommodations, the Victorian Guest Room can be combined with the English Suite to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite.
